Your use of the site
You may use the website for lawful business communication. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it without permission, submit malicious content or use the inquiry and appointment features to send unlawful or unsolicited material.
Project work and intellectual property
Ownership, licensing, confidentiality, support and deliverables are determined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party products and integrations remain subject to their own terms.
How inquiries are handled
An inquiry submitted through this site is saved and read by a person in our operations system; we then reply to the email address you gave us. There is no automatic acknowledgement and no alert when a message arrives, so if something is time-sensitive please email us as well as using the form. Booking an appointment online is not currently available, and email is the direct route to us.
Availability and external services
The site may rely on Cloudflare, Google Calendar and future configured service providers. Their availability and policies are outside JYI Solutions’ control.
